1. Introduction

These Terms of Trade apply to goods/services/products purchased from Betterclue, offered by one or more of the legal owners, unless otherwise stated on the respective website, agreed upon in writing, or stipulated by mandatory legislation. For convenience, all legal owners are referred to as "Betterclue", and the service as "Betterclue.com," "the service," or "the website.". The terms "item(s)," "product(s)," "service(s)," "subscription(s)," and/or "offer(s)" encompass all types of saleable services that Betterclue provides to its customers.

The terms "order," "purchase," "transaction," or "agreement" refer to any purchase made by a customer, where Betterclue is responsible for delivery, preparation, execution, or similar activities. 2. Placing an Order

1. Agreements between the Customer and Betterclue are made through Betterclue.com and generally cannot be made via telephone or email. However, agreements can be made via phone or email, including scenarios such as upgrading a chosen product from a free version to a paid version, billing on an hourly basis for special services, or additional purchases, after the original purchase. In such cases, the Customer must explicitly provide acceptance by phone or email, and the conversation will be stored for documentation purposes.
2. When making a purchase, you provide various personal details, which are processed in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and the general rules and laws for processing and storing personal data.
3. Upon placing the order and any payment, you will receive an email with an order confirmation containing an order number. You should use this number in any subsequent communication with Betterclue.

In cases where you add additional purchases intended for redemption with one of Betterclue' partners or other internal departments to your order, or otherwise purchase goods and services from Betterclue' partners, the partner becomes your contracting party. In such instances, Betterclue acts solely as a facilitator and is therefore not a party to the agreement you make with the partner unless stipulated by mandatory legislation.

If your purchase includes external services to be delivered from third parties, Betterclue will immediately after the purchase forward your personal contact information to the partner responsible for delivering the requested product or service. The partner will contact you immediately upon receiving your information to finalize the agreement. If, at least 2 business days after the purchase, you have not heard from our partner, you can contact Betterclue customer service at Help Desk to follow up on your inquiry.

3. Prices and Payment

1. All prices covered by these Terms of Trade on Betterclue.com are in Euro (EUR).
2. Payment can be made using the following methods:

3. On Betterclue.com, we use WORLDLINE Nordics ("Bambora AB") as the payment solution provider. We do not charge a fee for card payments, and the purchase transaction occurs via an SSL-encrypted connection. When entering agreements, payment for the service will be charged by the partner according to the partner's own terms of trade.
4. Betterclue reserves the right to charge the full order amount immediately after the commencement of processing.
5. Errors, currency fluctuations, and any technical errors causing incorrect price indications or invoicing are reserved. However, we strive to rectify this as soon as we become aware of it.

4. Delivery and Right of Withdrawal

1. Betterclue commence processing of the order right away, after the agreement is concluded.
2. All deliveries from Betterclue to the Customer are primarily digital and for immediate viewing. Paid services are specifically prepared for each Customer, making the service considered a "custom purchase." The right of withdrawal is waived once processing has commenced.

5. Force Majeure

1. Neither Betterclue nor the partner are liable for the failure to fulfill obligations under the agreement if the failure is due to force majeure or compelling circumstances, and the parties should not have taken the hindrance into account at the conclusion of the agreement or could have subsequently avoided it.

6. Complaints and Errors

1. If any errors or issues arise with your purchase on Betterclue.com, contact us via Help Desk, and we will assist in resolving the issue and ensure any errors on our sites are rectified.
2. If you purchase a product or service that must be delivered by one of Betterclue' partners and discover errors in the product, receive an incorrect item, or if the item is otherwise defective, contact the partner promptly. Betterclue acts solely as a facilitator in such transactions. Complaints to the partner must be made within a reasonable time. This means you should contact the partner via email or phone and notify them of the problem as soon as possible. If the error cannot be rectified via email or phone, you will receive instructions for other possible solutions, such as repairing or replacing the item. After 2 years from receiving the item, your right to complain no longer applies.
3. Neither Betterclue nor our partners can be held responsible for an amount greater than the original value of the order.

7. Limitation of Liability and Reservations

1. Betterclue reserves the right to change these terms at any time. In the event of changes that could significantly affect you as a previous buyer, you will be notified via email. The applicable terms will always be available in an updated version on Betterclue.com.
2. Betterclue is not liable for any typographical and/or printing errors on the websites and cannot be held responsible for information provided by a partner on their own website.
3. We aim to have our website available 24/7 but cannot guarantee full functionality, complete updates, and error-free pages for various reasons. Betterclue cannot be held responsible for any consequences resulting from the use of the websites, such as damage to your computer system or data loss.
4. You are responsible for the technical equipment and software required to use the websites, such as internet access, browser, email, etc. Therefore, Betterclue disclaims liability for any loss caused by your use of the service without following the technical specifications and supplementary instructions.
5. Any claims for complaints or compensation must be directed to the partner, but we are interested in hearing about your experience. Such inquiries should be directed to our email.
